SoulStar Mapping™ Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of the SoulStar Mapping™ Membership, including all related digital tools, resources, materials, AI-assisted platforms, live events, or downloadable content (collectively, the “Service”). By enrolling in or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms in full and without modification. SoulStar Mapping™ may revise these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
2. Description of Service The Service provides access to a proprietary system integrating astrology, Human Design, the Gene Keys, and the Sabian Symbol Synthesizer. Features include:

• AI-assisted mapping tools and "Contemplation Companion" chatbots.
• Proprietary SoulStar Mapping™ formulas, including the Origins Map, The Three Crosses, and The Dragon's Eye of Prosperity.
• Synthesis of Sabian Symbols using specific mathematical rules and Elsie Wheeler imagery.
• SoulStar Mapping™ reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Membership Access Your membership grants personal, non-transferable, individual access. You may not share login credentials, grant others access to your membership, or distribute membership content. Violation may result in termination without refund.
4. User Responsibilities You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not transmit harmful content, harass AI tools, or disrupt functionality. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
5. Intellectual Property & Trade Secrets All content, formulas, conversion logics, chatbots, and systems are original intellectual property owned exclusively by Maureen Webb.

• Trade Secret Status: You acknowledge that the underlying logic, mathematical conversions (including the Sabian Symbol "+1" degree rule), and synthesis sequences constitute protected Trade Secrets.
• Human-Led AI Synthesis: While AI tools are utilized for processing and synthesis, all core formulas and interpretive frameworks are human-channeled and human-directed. Maureen Webb remains the sole author of the resulting expression.
• Usage Restrictions: Membership grants personal use only. You may not claim ownership, create derivative works, or teach others using these materials.

6. Payment Terms Payment is processed through Stripe. Fees are charged automatically based on your billing cycle. All sales are final, and payments are non-refundable. Failed payments may result in access suspension.
7. Refund Policy Due to the immediate access to digital content and proprietary mapping systems, no refunds are offered for any reason, including accidental purchase, change of mind, or non-use of the Service.
8. Privacy & Data Use By using the Service, you consent to the secure collection and processing of birth data and user inputs necessary for personalized content. Your information is never sold or shared with external parties.
9. Service Availability The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. SoulStar Mapping™ does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for downtime.
10. No Guarantees or Professional Advice The Service provides educational and contemplative insights. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial professional care. You are solely responsible for your personal and financial decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulStar Mapping™ is not liable for direct or incidental damages, loss of income, or emotional well-being arising from your use of the Service. Use is at your own risk.
12. AI Misuse & Ethical Use of Tools You may not use AI-generated content for paid client sessions, professional services, or commercial products. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to extract internal AI prompts or reverse engineering system logic and formulas.
13. Professional Use & Certification Exclusion Membership does not grant certification, accreditation, or professional authorization. You may not represent yourself as a trained practitioner or use SoulStar Mapping™ materials in paid client sessions or workshops.
14. Termination SoulStar Mapping™ may terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse proprietary content. Termination for violation does not entitle you to a refund.
15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered.
