SOULSTAR MAPPING™ MEMBERSHIP — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of the SoulStar Mapping™ Membership, including all related digital tools, resources, materials, AI-assisted platforms, live events, and downloadable content (collectively, the “Service”). By enrolling in or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this Agreement, and voluntarily agree to these Terms. SoulStar Mapping™ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
The SoulStar Mapping™ Membership provides tier-based access to digital tools, AI-assisted Human Design and astrology technologies, contemplation companions, PHS Attunement tools, educational materials, workshops, trainings, live gatherings, and proprietary SoulStar Mapping™ formulas and interpretations. Offerings may be updated, modified, expanded, reduced, or discontinued at any time.
3. Membership Access
Your membership grants personal, individual, non-transferable access. You may not share login credentials, grant others access, reproduce or distribute content, or circumvent technical protections. Violations may result in termination without refund.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not upload harmful content, harass or misuse tools, disrupt functionality, or provide false information. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, formulas, prompts, PDFs, systems, scripts, and technologies within SoulStar Mapping™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Maureen Webb. Membership grants personal use only. You may not copy, modify, republish, distribute, create derivative works, use materials in your business, teach them, certify others, or represent them as your own. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Stripe. Membership fees are charged automatically on your selected billing cycle. All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. You must maintain valid payment information. Failed payments may result in suspension. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund past payments.
7. Refund Policy
No refunds are offered for any tier due to immediate access to digital content, intellectual property, and AI tools. This includes accidental purchase, change of mind, dissatisfaction, non-use, scheduling conflicts, or inaccurate user-provided data. Purchase intentionally.
8. Privacy & Data Use
By using the Service, you consent to the secure collection and storage of your information, the processing of birth data and user inputs as needed, and the internal use of anonymized data for service improvement. Your information is never sold or shared externally.
9. Service Availability
The Service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or external outages. SoulStar Mapping™ does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for downtime or data loss.
10. No Guarantees or Professional Advice
The Service provides educational and contemplative insights only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and is not a substitute for professional care. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. You are responsible for your decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulStar Mapping™ is not liable for damages, income loss, emotional distress, misinterpretation of content, third-party failures, or decisions made based on the Service. Use is voluntary and at your own risk.
12. AI Misuse & Ethical Use
You may not use AI-generated content for client work, paid sessions, coaching, business activities, or commercial products. You may not extract prompts, reverse engineer tools, or recreate the system. You may not use the tools for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes. Outputs may not be shared publicly or used professionally. Violations may result in termination without refund and potential legal action.
13. Professional Use & Certification Exclusion
Membership does not grant certification, accreditation, endorsement, or authorization. You may not represent yourself as trained or certified in SoulStar Mapping™, use materials in paid sessions, teach them, build derivative frameworks, or present yourself as a brand representative without written permission.
14. Termination
You may cancel anytime. SoulStar Mapping™ may terminate or suspend access for repeated failed payments, Terms violations, AI misuse, harmful behavior, or unauthorized use of proprietary content. No refunds are provided for violations.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered. Disputes will be resolved within that jurisdiction.

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share information with Kajabi, Stripe/PayPal, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, AI providers, cloud services, and legal authorities if required. All partners follow standard security practices.

Your information may be processed outside your home country. We comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and global privacy regulations.
